FOIL PANEL LABELS (FPS) The top part of the foil panel labels is made of scratch-resistant high-quality PVC foil. The foil can be anti-reflective UV, matte, glossy. For abrasion resistance, the printing is done on the underside of the foil, which is then cut into the desired shape. Only a transparent varnish is applied to the outside. For mounting on the product panel, this semi-finished product is provided with a layer of acrylic-based adhesive. Transparent paint is used in place of the viewing windows and no adhesive is applied. However, for mass production, it is more appropriate to use a foil with a high adhesive effect with die-cuts instead of adhesive. The bottom surface of the label is protected by silicone paper. The intermediate panel can be equipped with mounting holes with internal thread or mounting bolts with external thread. Optional printing colors: Thanks to the digital printing technology with UV curing, we offer full-color printing in the entire color spectrum without visible transitions between colors. When using matte foil, the resulting color has a different shade than when using glossy foil. Optional colors of viewing windows: Viewing windows are printed in transparent color - clear, red, blue, green, yellow (any shades and color combinations).   COMMERCIAL-TECHNICAL INFORMATION It is best to submit production documents in electronic form by e-mail or on a CD ROM in CDR (CorelDraw) format. The assignment must contain a drawing with dimensioned main dimensions including tolerances, texts must be converted into curves.
